Have you ever been confronted with a situation or a decision that you needed to make and didn’t know what to do?
Well you are not alone. Since the beginning of time, both Christians and non-Christians alike have been faced with this dilemma.
Consider the story told in the book of Exodus 3:10-22 when God called Moses to lead the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt. God was to bring Moses in the presence of the king of Egypt and Moses did not know what to do and said to God, “I am a nobody! How can I go?” God answered, “I will be with you.” Moses asked, “What shall I say?” God replied, “Tell them I am who I am sent you. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.” God also directed Moses Where to lead the children of Israel to; the land that was flowing with milk and honey - the land of the Canaanites.
Psalms 1:1-2 states, “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor sits in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in His law he meditates day and night.”
The bible says in the book of Matthew 7:7-8, “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and the one who knocks, the door will be opened.”
What to do when you don't know what to do – be like Moses and the saints of God - JUST ASK!
